Cancellation Policy

(Updated for 3/21/22)

Please stay up to date on your individual state/county/town/etc. mandates when it comes to local events &/or crossing state lines to attend one of our workshops. If there are changes in your area within 14 days of a class, we are happy to keep a credit on file for you, transfer your seat to another local or home workshop (with the difference to be kept on file as a credit, or billed as applicable), or mail your original local event supplies to you with project instructions.

Please note we cannot refund a class cancellation made within 14 calendar days of the event, as supplies have already been ordered & material preparations are in progress. No exceptions. If you are unable to attend a class we will make every reasonable effort to transfer your seat to another event, but if you do not notify us saying you are unable to attend within 48 HOURS of your class we unfortunately will not be able to refund or transfer your seat.  Additionally, if you purchase a ticket for a custom event (i.e. Pet Portrait Workshops), no refunds will be issued after your personalization detail &/or photo is submitted.

Painted by the Shore solely honors event tickets purchased through www.paintedbytheshore.com & does not authorize the resale of our tickets via any other method.
