Cancellation Policy

Please stay up to date on your individual state/county/town/etc. mandates when it comes to local events &/or crossing state lines to attend one of our workshops. If there are changes in your area within 14 days of a class, we are happy to keep a credit on file for you, transfer your seat to another local or virtual event (with the difference to be kept on file as a credit, or billed as applicable), or mail your supplies to you with project instructions.

Please note we cannot refund a class cancellation made within 14 calendar days of the event, as supplies have already been ordered & material preparations are in progress. No exceptions. If you are unable to attend a class we will make every reasonable effort to transfer your seat to another event, but if you do not notify us saying you are unable to attend within 48 HOURS of your class we unfortunately will be unable to refund or transfer your seat.
