This week we're celebrating the end of school with a super fun DIY for the whole family (or all those fun friends your kiddo wants to invite over this month)!

Like so many, our seven year old Cooper is OBSESSED with Mario & Luigi right now, but instead of a Super Mario theme birthday (which would have been SO EASY to source decorations for), Coops wanted Luigi's Haunted Mansion. We had to improvise & DIY nearly everything.

This project served triple time as a decoration, activity for the kids to create during the event & something fun to take home in lieu of goodie bags.  A win all around, & after all the "how did you make this??" questions that came in I knew we had to turn the steps into our June Family Tutorial!!

Here's our supply list- 

• 6" White Chinese Lanterns (found HERE)
• White LED Party Lights (found HERE)
• Printable King Boo Face (found HERE)
• Baker's Twine, Fishing Line or Thread
• Double Sided Tape
• Scissors
